The hotel was gorgeous and clean, had good views of the gardens and two balconies. The service was brilliant, the stuff was willing to help. Exceptionally comfortable bed, room was spacious, with a hair dryer, facilities to make tea, and heating. The suburban location and generally nice and very good staff where the highlight of this really great stay.

Everything is good here, had an excellent stay for 1 night. The hotel is in the suburban location in what was almost a walled garden. And it's next to easy to get in to town centre by public transport, and conferences in the day and delegates to stay.

I enjoyed the place, its super and perfect breakfast.
The location was marvellous and handy, just a pleasant stroll away from a public park. And it was also close enough to the city centre and De Montfort Hall, all areas, reception, bar, restaurant, and College Court'.

Spacious unit with a standard decor. Free hot drinks at outdoor bar, brilliant service. Unbeatable lovely location, on an old college campus. Just next door to all areas, reception, bar, restaurant and the business centre.

As business travelers, we had a delightful stay at this charming hotel. The location was perfect for us, as it was conveniently close to where we wanted to be. The room was modern and spacious, with coffee and tea facilities provided. The comfortable bed and amazing shower made our stay even more enjoyable. The friendly staff went above and beyond to assist us, especially during our late check-in. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection of freshly cooked food. The hotel also offered conference facilities, which we found very convenient for our meeting.
The noise from the main road outside our room, which could be heard at times.
